Data Protection and Privacy<\/h5>\n\n<p>Our handling of personal data is governed by our <strong>Confiden\u021bialitate<\/strong>, which forms an important part of your relationship with us.<\/p>\n\n<p>Where Quantum Analytics processes personal data on behalf of a client in the context of a project, such processing will be governed by the relevant contract and, where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).<\/p>\n\n<h5>11. Accuracy of Information and Analytical Outputs<\/h5>\n\n<p>We aim to ensure that the information on our website and the outputs of our products and services are accurate, reliable, and professionally prepared.
